The Challenge
Ya Ganaste processes millions of transactions monthly across 7 countries and serves 500K+ merchants. You'll own paid media strategy (Google, Meta, TikTok) to accelerate brand positioning, user acquisition, and conversion as they rebuild their payments platform from the ground up.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize current Google, Meta, and TikTok campaigns; establish baseline CAC, ROAS, and conversion benchmarks
Design and launch end-to-end prospecting and retargeting funnel across all three paid channels
Build weekly/monthly KPI dashboards tracking CTR, CAC, ROAS, and spend efficiency; identify quick wins for 15-20% optimization
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to align paid acquisition messaging with core user retention strategies
Scale winning campaigns to 2-3x budget while maintaining or improving ROAS; reduce CAC by 20%+ through audience and bid refinement
Establish playbook for creative iteration: test 5+ asset variations per month, document learnings, scale top performers
Launch TikTok as primary growth channel; achieve 1.5x ROAS vs. baseline within 90 days of optimization
Drive cross-functional user cohort analysis; identify high-LTV segments and reverse-engineer acquisition messaging to match

Track cost-per-acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok; optimize down month-over-month.
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Measure revenue generated per dollar spent; target 3:1 or higher depending on unit economics.

Monitor engagement quality on ad creatives; use to inform audience and messaging adjustments.
LTV (Lifetime Value)
Understand user value over time; inform acquisition spend decisions and retention strategy alignment.
Conversion Rate
Track % of clicks converting to signups/transactions; optimize funnel from ad to product.
