The Challenge

Wukong Taste Network is building an AI-powered Asian culinary platform from stealth mode—you'll own the playbook for digital marketing and partnerships that gets creators, chefs, and food enthusiasts discovering this ecosystem. This is day-one thinking: strategy, execution, and partnership velocity matter immediately.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital presence and define GTM strategy for launch phase—website performance, SEO baseline, paid channel roadmap

Map and begin outreach to 50+ strategic partnership targets (food influencers, culinary platforms, Asian food communities, creator networks)

Establish core metrics dashboard tracking CAC, engagement by user segment, partnership pipeline value, and monthly growth rates

4

Lead cross-functional kickoff with product/content teams to align messaging and define 3-month campaign calendar

By 6 Months
1

Execute 3-4 major partnership launches that drive 25%+ of new user acquisition and increase brand authority in Asian culinary space

Scale paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok; achieve <$15 CAC or better with 3.5%+ conversion rates

Build and manage a content marketing engine (blog, creator collabs, case studies) generating 50K+ monthly organic traffic

Deliver quarterly business review with board/investors showing MoM growth, partnership ROI, and validated unit economics for scaling

Monthly Active Users (MAU) & Growth Rate

Track net new users, retention cohorts, and month-over-month growth percentage as primary north star.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by Channel

Monitor paid spend efficiency across Google, Meta, TikTok, and organic/partnership channels to optimize budget allocation.

Partnership Pipeline Value

Measure total potential user acquisition and revenue upside from active partnership negotiations and signed deals.

Engagement & Content Consumption

Track session duration, content views per user, creator/chef participation rate, and community contribution metrics.

Conversion Rate (Sign-up → Active User)

Measure funnel efficiency from landing page through account creation and first meaningful action on platform.

  • You're remote-only; on-site presence in San Jose is non-negotiable at this stage
