The Challenge
Wink (via Media-Start) is a 40-person growth engine helping SMBs access major media visibility. You'll own the full acquisition funnel—from data scraping to campaign optimization—in a young, high-growth environment where your moves directly impact revenue.
Your Mission
Master HubSpot configuration and build 3 automated prospecting workflows in Zapier/Lemlist
Launch and optimize 2 multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn + Email) targeting 5K+ leads with documented conversion benchmarks
Establish weekly insights reporting on funnel metrics, friction points, and actionable recommendations to Sales/Product
Segment and enrich lead database using data scraping and segmentation strategies, increasing addressable audience by 30%
Achieve 15%+ open rates and 3%+ CTR on email campaigns; optimize subject lines and send times based on A/B testing
Design and deploy onboarding workflow reducing time-to-first-value for new leads by 40%
Build predictive scoring model in HubSpot identifying high-intent prospects; validate with Sales team
Document and mentor incoming growth team member on tool stack and campaign playbooks
