The Challenge

Wink (via Media-Start) is a fast-growing B2B media company helping SMEs access national outlets. You'll own the full growth funnel—from lead generation and data enrichment to campaign optimization and user onboarding—using modern marketing tech and automation.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Set up and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation

2

Launch 2-3 multi-channel acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, email, outbound) with tracked conversion funnels

Build automated prospecting sequences using Lemlist and Zapier, targeting 500+ qualified leads

Document and analyze current user onboarding flow, identify 3+ friction points, propose fixes

By 6 Months

Achieve 15%+ improvement in campaign conversion rates through funnel optimization and A/B testing

Scale automated workflows to handle 2000+ leads/month with 25%+ engagement rates

Establish monthly insights cadence with Sales and Product—deliver 2+ data-driven recommendations per sprint

Lead Volume & Quality

Track monthly leads generated, cost-per-lead, and lead-to-SQL conversion rate across all channels.

Campaign Performance

Monitor email open/click rates, LinkedIn engagement, and multi-touch attribution across campaigns.

Funnel Health

Measure activation rate, time-to-first-value, and churn at each stage; flag friction points.

Automation ROI

Track workflows launched, automation-driven conversions, and time saved vs. manual outreach.

  • You speak both growth and sales fluently; you can translate metrics into insights for different stakeholders.

  • You need remote flexibility—this is strict on-site in Aix-en-Provence.
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer heavily documented, bureaucratic processes.
  • You lack basic data literacy or automation experience; you'll struggle to own the full funnel independently.
