The Challenge
Wilshire Law Firm is a high-performing legal practice specializing in personal injury and class action suits. You'll own end-to-end growth strategy across Google and Microsoft Ads, optimizing for CPL and cost-per-case in a data-driven, high-stakes environment.
Your Mission
Audit and restructure Google Ads account architecture across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display to establish baseline efficiency metrics
Implement GA4 and call tracking attribution setup to accurately track click → call → qualified → retained case conversion funnel
Build and execute first testing roadmap targeting 10-15% CPL reduction through bidding strategy and ad copy optimization
Establish daily monitoring cadence and reporting dashboard for leadership with spend, leads, CPL, and ROI projections
Scale monthly ad spend by 20-30% while maintaining or improving CPL through proven bidding and audience layering strategies
Develop advanced attribution model to understand full-funnel performance and allocate budget across channels based on downstream case value
Launch and optimize 3+ structured testing initiatives (landing pages, messaging, targeting) with documented efficiency gains
Build repeatable process for intake team collaboration to identify and resolve lead quality issues, reducing friction in funnel

Cost Per Retained Case
End-to-end ROI metric measuring cost per case that converts to a paying client.
Lead Volume & Quality

Marketing ROI
Blended return on all ad spend measured against downstream case revenue and retention.
Campaign Efficiency Gap
Month-over-month improvement in bidding efficiency, CTR, and conversion rate across channels.

- You have 8+ years hands-on Google Ads experience in lead generation or high-intent acquisition
