The Challenge
Westwing is Brazil's leading home & lifestyle e-commerce platform, and they need you to own SEO strategy end-to-end. You'll drive organic traffic growth, revenue impact, and brand visibility across a high-scale operation while leading a team through technical and strategic initiatives.
Your Mission
Audit current SEO performance across all domains; establish baseline KPIs and define OKR framework aligned to company revenue targets
Map and prioritize the SEO backlog using impact/effort matrix; launch 3-5 quick-win optimizations (on-page, technical, or content-driven)
Onboard and structure the SEO team; define processes, documentation, and sprint rituals for agile execution
Partner with Tech, Content, and Data teams to identify and execute one high-impact strategic initiative (technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, or structured data)
Deliver 20-30% growth in organic traffic and measurable revenue lift from SEO initiatives
Establish and scale ASO strategy for the Westwing app; launch optimization roadmap with clear KPIs
Build internal SEO knowledge base and standardized processes; train cross-functional teams on E-E-A-T and GEO best practices
Launch generative AI SEO strategy (AI Overviews, LLM optimization); measure impact and adapt tactics quarterly

Track monthly and quarterly growth in organic search traffic via GA4, targeting aligned OKRs
Revenue from Organic
Direct revenue attribution from organic search, measured end-to-end from session to conversion
Organic CTR & Impressions
Monitor Search Console data; optimize title tags and meta descriptions to improve click-through rate
Conversion Rate (Organic)
Measure quality of organic traffic; isolate conversion rates by segment and traffic source
Core Web Vitals & Indexation
Monitor page experience signals, crawl budget efficiency, and indexation rates in Search Console
Brand Share of Search
Track branded vs. non-branded keyword visibility and SERP share quarter-over-quarter
