The Challenge
Wellhub is the global workplace wellness platform connecting millions to fitness, mindfulness, and health services. You'll own acquisition and monetization for South America—identifying regional growth levers, testing user journeys, and scaling what works across Argentina, Chile, and Mexico.
Your Mission
Map and document user journey flows for 4 core segments (Eligible, Member, Digital Subscribers, Churned) with regional nuances
Execute 2-3 regional acquisition campaigns and measure lift vs. global benchmarks
Audit competitor positioning in SS-LATAM and identify 3+ strategic pricing/positioning gaps
Launch Event Based Marketing (EBM) testing framework and secure regional stakeholder buy-in
Increase regional paid subscription conversion rate by 12-15% through CRO optimizations and A/B testing
Scale top-performing EBM flows to all three markets and document playbooks for global replication
Deliver 4+ regional market insights reports to global team with actionable learnings and revenue impact
Build cross-functional motion with Sales, CS, and Product—drive 2+ complex initiatives with measurable ROI

Open rate, click-through rate, and downstream conversion for event-triggered email sequences

Is This Role For You?
- You've run regional growth initiatives with clear ownership over acquisition funnels and have data to show impact (conversion lift, CAC reduction, etc.)
- You're fluent in LatAm market dynamics—competitive landscape, local preferences, pricing sensitivity—and have shipped campaigns in 2+ countries
- You're comfortable with CRM/email marketing tools, SQL, and analytics dashboards; you ask questions of data and iterate fast
- You thrive in matrix environments—you can align global teams on regional priorities without formal authority
- You write clear campaign briefs, document learnings obsessively, and share wins to amplify team knowledge
- You need full remote flexibility—this is on-site in Buenos Aires only
- You're looking for individual contributor work; this role requires heavy cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- You haven't worked in B2B2C or SaaS acquisition or don't understand email/CRM fundamentals
