The Challenge
Wadhwani Foundation runs four flagship programs (Ignite, Liftoff, Accelerate, Skilling) across Mexico and needs someone to orchestrate growth through institutional partnerships. You'll own the entire partner marketing engine—from university tie-ups to government collaborations—while managing agencies, events, and social channels to drive platform adoption.
Your Mission
Map and onboard 8-12 institutional partners (universities, training centers, associations) with localized marketing playbooks and asset kits
Launch and execute 3 program-led social media campaigns aligned to GTM priorities with documented performance baselines
Brief and align external agencies (social, content, design, PR) on scopes, timelines, and quality standards; establish weekly governance
Build structured campaign tracker and MIS reporting framework for weekly stakeholder reviews covering all channels
Drive 40%+ partner-led user acquisition growth across the four programs measured through UTM-tagged conversions
Execute 6-8 high-impact events (webinars, roadshows, workshops) generating 500+ qualified sign-ups with post-event engagement tracking
Achieve 85%+ on-time partner campaign delivery and maintain brand consistency audit across 15+ partner touchpoints
Optimize social and event ROI by 25% through A/B testing creative, messaging, and channel mix; document winning playbooks

- You've managed 3-5+ GTM campaigns through institutional or ecosystem partners and can prove conversion impact
- You're comfortable juggling 15+ simultaneous stakeholders (partners, agencies, internal teams) without dropping balls
- You're fluent in Spanish and English and have worked in Mexico or Latin America markets
- You live in Mexico City and want hands-on execution role with visibility into real growth metrics
- You've built or optimized partner marketing playbooks and can document repeatable processes
- You need remote flexibility or hate on-site work; this is pure Mexico City presence
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity in metrics or prefer single-channel marketing over omnichannel orchestration
- You don't speak fluent Spanish or have zero experience in emerging markets / partnership-driven ecosystems
- You're looking for strategic-only work; this role is 60% execution, 40% strategy
