Travelers spend hours comparing destinations, accommodations, reviews, blogs, videos, and booking platforms before making a decision. Voyzel simplifies the process by helping users discover where to go, where to stay, and what experiences fit their preferences through a personalized AI-powered travel platform.

Our vision is to become the platform travelers trust when planning their next trip-from inspiration to booking.

We are currently seeking a Founding Growth & Partnerships Lead to join the founding team and help scale Voyzel's creator network, travel partnerships, community, and user growth.

This is not a traditional employee role. We are looking for a builder, someone excited to help shape the future of a startup from the ground up and share in its long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

  • Identify and recruit travel creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs
  • Build Voyzel's creator ambassador program
  • Develop long-term relationships with content creators

Coordinate campaigns, partnerships, and promotional opportunities

Help establish Voyzel as a recognized brand within the travel creator community

Travel Industry Partnerships

  • Build relationships with hotels, vacation rental companies, tour operators, destination management companies, and tourism organizations

Expand affiliate and booking partnerships

Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic collaborations

Represent Voyzel in industry conversations and networking opportunities

Community & User Growth

Help acquire and engage early users

  • Build relationships within travel communities

Grow Voyzel's social presence and community engagement

Gather user feedback and help improve product-market fit

Develop referral, ambassador, and partnership programs

Business Development

  • Identify growth opportunities and partnership channels

Reach out to potential business partners

Create strategic initiatives that increase platform awareness and adoption

Help establish Voyzel as a trusted travel brand

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you

Have experience in travel, hospitality, creator marketing, influencer partnerships, business development, community building, or growth marketing

Enjoy meeting people and building relationships

Understand social media and creator ecosystems

Are comfortable with outreach, networking, and partnership development

Have strong communication and negotiation skills

Are self-motivated and entrepreneurial

Want to be part of building something meaningful from an early stage

Bonus Points

Existing network within the travel industry

Existing relationships with travel creators or influencers

Experience working with affiliate programs

Startup experience

Community-building experience

Passion for travel and technology

Compensation

This is an early-stage startup opportunity.

Current compensation includes

Equity ownership ranging from 3% to 5% based on experience and contribution

Commission opportunities on partnerships and business generated

Revenue-sharing opportunities where applicable

Opportunity to transition into a paid leadership position as Voyzel grows

Equity will be structured with a standard vesting schedule to ensure long-term alignment and commitment.
