The Challenge

Visa owns the payments ecosystem across 200+ countries. You'll architect co-branded marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth for enterprise clients while positioning Visa as the indispensable marketing intelligence partner in fintech.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map existing client portfolio and identify 8-10 high-potential accounts for strategic partnership expansion in EMEA region

Design and pitch 3 bespoke marketing program proposals demonstrating clear ROI and commercial value aligned to client business objectives

3

Establish baseline KPI framework and reporting cadence with top 5 clients to track campaign performance and marketing impact

4

Partner with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) to deliver 2 insights-driven market reports on payment trends and cardholder behavior

By 6 Months
1

Close and launch 4-5 full-scale co-branded marketing campaigns with measurable revenue impact and client satisfaction scores above 8/10

2

Grow total managed budget by 25-30% through new client programs and expanded scope with existing accounts

3

Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmap for 3 key enterprise clients with projected 12-month revenue uplift of 15%+

4

Build internal playbook for bundled Visa Product/Marketing/Sales approach with documented case studies and best practices

Revenue Growth from New Partnerships

Track incremental annual contract value (ACV) generated from newly closed co-branded marketing programs

Campaign ROI & Commercial Impact

Measure post-campaign performance including client revenue lift, cardholder acquisition, and engagement metrics against baseline

Client Satisfaction & Net Promoter Score

Monitor NPS, retention rate, and scope expansion within existing client relationships quarter-over-quarter

Budget Forecast Accuracy & Burn Rate

Maintain 90%+ accuracy on quarterly forecasts and manage marketing spend allocation across active programs

Insights & Thought Leadership Impact

Track adoption of Visa market research, trend reports, and competitive benchmarking across client base
