Company Intelligence
Virtusa is a digital engineering and IT services company (implied by size and structure). They operate in a competitive tech/consulting space and need a marketing overhaul to compete effectively in their market.
Is This Role For You?
- You've successfully led marketing teams at scale and proven ability to build from scratch or restructure underperforming functions
- You're fluent in marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and can tie every campaign back to revenue impact
- You want hands-on strategic control and executive influence, not just tactical execution
- You thrive in ambiguity—this role requires you to define the vision, not just execute someone else's
- You need remote work flexibility or West Coast location is a dealbreaker
- You're uncomfortable building/managing teams or prefer individual contributor work
- You lack experience in B2B or high-complexity sales cycles (Virtusa is likely B2B services)

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
