The Challenge
VIP Solutions is building the next generation of B2B communication tools (VoIP, WhatsApp, CRM). You'll own the full growth machine—from paid acquisition to content authority—in a market where technical products need human storytelling.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; establish baseline CAC and MQL volume benchmarks
Create and document 5+ A/B tests (landing pages, creative variations, audience segments) with weekly reporting cadence
Build 3-4 high-converting landing pages and lead magnets aligned with core product messaging
Set up full funnel dashboards in GA4 + CRM tracking MQL→SQL conversion rates and identify bottlenecks
Reduce CAC by 25-30% through systematic audience and creative optimization; scale top-performing channels
Launch and stabilize 2 new acquisition channels (e.g., YouTube Ads, LinkedIn outreach, or content-driven remarketing)
Build a playbook for B2B SaaS growth testing—documented A/B test learnings, creative frameworks, and audience segmentation rules
Establish editorial calendar and publish 12+ pieces of authority content (videos, cases, LinkedIn posts); track engagement and pipeline influence
KPIs You'll Own
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Track cost per qualified lead and per customer across all paid channels; optimize to hit target ROAS.
MQL→SQL Conversion Rate
Measure quality of leads entering sales funnel; target >20% conversion to indicate strong audience fit.
A/B Test Velocity & Win Rate
Run weekly tests; track statistical significance and % of tests that beat baseline.
Content Engagement & Pipeline Influence
Monitor views, shares, clicks on owned content; attribute influenced pipeline opportunities.
Landing Page Conversion Rate
Target 8-15% depending on funnel stage; optimize copy, CTAs, and form friction.
