The Challenge

V3A is an events-driven marketing agency looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst who can build authority and generate qualified leads through strategic content. You'll own the full content lifecycle—from LinkedIn posts to rich assets—while leveraging AI and marketing automation to scale their inbound engine.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish consistent LinkedIn presence with 2-3 high-performing posts weekly, tracking engagement and follower growth metrics

Implement and configure RD Station automation for email nurturing flows and lead qualification workflows

3

Create and launch first 2 premium content assets (ebook or whitepaper) with lead capture mechanisms

4

Build baseline reporting dashboard tracking leads generated, qualified leads, and content engagement KPIs

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 50% month-over-month growth in qualified leads generated through content and marketing automation

2

Develop and scale ABM strategy targeting 10-15 strategic accounts with personalized content and outreach

3

Produce 12 rich content assets monthly (guides, cases, webinars) distributed across LinkedIn, blog, and website

4

Optimize email marketing open rates to 35%+ and click-through rates to 8%+ through A/B testing and copywriting refinement

Qualified Leads Generated

Monthly count of leads that meet ICP criteria, tracked through RD Station scoring.

LinkedIn Engagement Rate

Percentage of followers engaging with posts (likes, comments, shares) relative to impressions.

Content Conversion Rate

Percentage of rich content downloads that convert to qualified leads or demo requests.

Email Marketing Performance

Combined open rate, click-through rate, and unsubscribe rate for newsletters and nurture flows.

Cost Per Qualified Lead

Total marketing spend divided by qualified leads generated, tracking efficiency.
