Your Mission

First 3 Months

Map current market sizing and partner performance baseline across Argentina events portfolio

Develop and execute first pricing & marketing investment strategy for top 5 events

3

Establish weekly performance tracking and reporting cadence with key local partners

4

Identify 3-5 high-potential events for accelerated growth investment

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 25%+ YoY growth in partner revenue through optimized pricing and marketing allocation

2

Scale successful pricing/marketing playbooks to 80% of portfolio

Build cross-functional collaboration framework between Growth, Product, and Partner teams

4

Present market expansion recommendations with validated unit economics for 2-3 new event categories
