The Challenge

UniFECAF is scaling across multiple national hubs and needs a hands-on Growth Manager to architect their entire funnel—from paid acquisition through retention. You'll own strategy and execution across CRM, paid media, SEO, and CRO with aggressive growth targets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current performance across all channels (paid, organic, direct) and establish baseline KPIs dashboard in HubSpot + GA4

Launch first A/B testing cycle on paid creative and landing pages; target 15-20% improvement on primary conversion metric

Map and optimize full lead-to-customer journey; define and implement MQL → SQL → Revenue tracking

Structure email nurture workflows and lead scoring model in HubSpot to improve sales handoff quality

By 6 Months

Achieve 25%+ improvement in CAC efficiency through channel optimization and audience testing

Build SEO content roadmap and secure 5-10 high-intent keyword rankings; measure organic revenue contribution

Scale winning paid campaigns while maintaining ROAS target >3:1; reduce cost per lead by 20%+

Establish weekly growth ops cadence with data insights; implement culture of experimentation across team

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost-per-customer by channel; benchmark against LTV to ensure unit economics remain healthy

Conversion Rate (funnel stage)

Monitor top-to-middle-to-bottom funnel conversion; identify and prioritize biggest leak points

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Paid media efficiency metric; target >3:1 across Google and Meta campaigns

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Weighted average across all inbound channels; guide bid strategy and channel mix decisions

Organic Traffic & Rankings

Monthly tracked keywords, impressions, and clicks; correlate to lead volume and revenue

Lead Scoring & MQL → SQL Conversion

Quality of leads passed to sales; measure sales acceptance rate and revenue-influenced pipeline
