The Challenge

Tubi is expanding aggressively in Mexico and needs a marketing director who can build the brand from the ground up in one of Latin America's biggest markets. You'll report directly to the Global CMO and own the entire go-to-market strategy—from consumer acquisition to advertiser engagement—in a culturally nuanced, sports-obsessed market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Tubi Mexico performance, competitive landscape, and audience insights; establish baseline KPIs and reporting framework

Develop and present localized 12-month marketing strategy to Global CMO with focus on women's football and culturally relevant sports partnerships

3

Build and onboard core Mexico marketing team; establish cross-functional workflows with U.S., regional, and FOX Mexico stakeholders

4

Launch first integrated campaign leveraging sports/entertainment IP to drive awareness and trial among target consumer segments

By 6 Months
1

Scale paid acquisition channels (digital, social, partnerships) with demonstrated CAC efficiency and payback metrics

Build full sales enablement playbook and content marketing library for advertiser/channel partner engagement

3

Execute 2-3 major experiential activations or partnership campaigns anchored in local sports/entertainment culture

4

Achieve measurable lift in brand awareness, consideration, and viewership in Mexico via continuous media optimization and testing

Consumer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost per new viewer acquired across all paid channels; optimize toward LTV targets.

Brand Awareness & Consideration

Monthly tracking via research surveys to measure Tubi's top-of-mind and consideration vs. competitors in Mexico.

Viewership Growth & Engagement

Monthly active users, watch time, and session frequency; correlation to campaign activity.

Advertiser Pipeline & Revenue

New advertiser acquisitions, advertiser spend, and renewal rates; direct impact of sales enablement efforts.

Campaign ROI & Media Efficiency

ROAS across digital, social, and partnership channels; cost per engagement or conversion.

  • You've scaled consumer brands or streaming services in Latin America and understand Mexican media/sports obsession deeply
  • You're fluent in Spanish and English and can navigate cultural nuance in campaign creative and strategy
  • You thrive leading 360° integrated campaigns and can orchestrate across brand, digital, social, partnerships, and experiential channels
  • You're data-driven and comfortable building measurement frameworks, optimizing ROI, and speaking fluently to performance metrics with executives

  • You've never worked in entertainment, media, sports, or consumer-facing B2C—context matters here
  • You don't speak fluent Spanish or lack deep familiarity with Mexican culture and media landscape
  • You prefer hands-off strategy work; this role requires rolling up sleeves and executing campaigns in a startup-like environment
