The Challenge

TRACTIAN is digitally transforming industrial maintenance with hardware-software solutions for the blue-collar workforce. As North American Growth Lead, you'll build automated systems that eliminate manual work, scale the funnel, and partner directly with Sales and Product to drive revenue growth in an underserved industrial tech market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current funnel architecture and identify 3+ manual bottlenecks in middle/bottom-of-funnel workflows to automate

Build first low-code automated audience and outreach motion using Clay + intent signals, targeting 500+ qualified leads

3

Establish baseline conversion metrics across funnel stages and define 6-month growth targets with Sales leadership

Embed with SDR and AE teams to understand pain points and co-design 2 sales-enablement campaigns

Launch 4+ high-scale automated campaigns with documented hypothesis, results, and learning from each

Reduce manual outreach time by 60% through lifecycle automation triggered by product signals

  • You own problems end-to-end and have zero tolerance for preventable funnel leaks

  • You want to report to a traditional CMO; this is a hands-on operator role, not a strategist seat
  • You're uncomfortable being on-site or within commuting distance to Atlanta on a regular basis
