The Challenge

Toku is scaling in Mexico and needs a Marketing Lead who can build growth from the ground up. You'll own everything from digital campaigns to field marketing, working across sales, product, and ops to drive revenue impact in a fast-moving environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing performance across paid (Google/LinkedIn), organic, and field channels; identify top 3 growth levers

Define and launch Mexico positioning strategy with messaging framework and updated sales collateral

Establish marketing analytics dashboard (SQL/Metabase) tracking funnel metrics, CAC, and revenue attribution

4

Hire or restructure existing team; map skills gaps and prioritize first initiatives

By 6 Months
1

Launch optimized paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with 20%+ month-over-month growth in qualified leads

Execute 3-4 field marketing events/partnerships that generate pipeline and strengthen brand positioning

Improve SEO/content strategy with published thought leadership and 30%+ organic traffic growth

Build repeatable revenue operations processes: lead scoring, pipeline reporting, CMO/sales weekly dashboards

Track cost per customer acquisition and months to recover CAC across channels.

Lead Generation & MQL Volume

Monthly qualified leads from paid, organic, and field channels against targets.

Conversion Funnel Rates

Website visitor → lead → MQL → SQL → close rates; optimize at each stage.

Marketing Contribution to Revenue

Pipeline sourced and revenue influenced by marketing vs. total company revenue.

Field Marketing ROI

Cost per event/partnership against pipeline generated and deal velocity impact.
