The Challenge
Tito's Handmade Vodka and LALO Tequila are culturally embedded spirits brands with serious brand loyalty. You'll own the entire influencer marketing engine across both brands—from strategy to ROI—building authentic creator partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable sales impact.
Your Mission
Map and audit current influencer roster; identify 20-30 high-potential creators across lifestyle, F&B, culture, and entertainment verticals aligned with brand positioning
Develop creator brief framework and playbook that bridges brand strategy to authentic storytelling; test with 5-8 pilot campaigns
Establish performance baseline: define KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI) and build reporting dashboard
Build relationships with 10+ creator agents/managers and talent networks; establish contracting and approval workflows
Launch and optimize 2-3 seasonal influencer campaigns; hit minimum 5M+ impressions and 3%+ engagement rate
Scale creator roster to 40-50 active creators (mix of mega, macro, micro) with documented ROI per tier
Align influencer storytelling with 4+ major brand moments (events, product launches, philanthropy); track incremental revenue lift
Develop long-term ambassador program with 5-8 creators; establish quarterly content cadence and performance contracts

Likes, comments, shares as % of reach; benchmark 2.5%+ for paid creator content.
Traffic & Conversions
Clicks to brand properties and tracked sales attributed to influencer posts; tie to affiliate/UTM data.
ROI per Creator Spend
Revenue generated divided by influencer fee; target 2-4x ROAS depending on creator tier.
Brand Sentiment & Share of Voice
Qualitative analysis of creator posts; track brand mentions, sentiment, and competitive positioning.
Creator Retention & Advocacy
% of creators retained quarter-over-quarter and organic brand mentions outside paid partnerships.
