The Challenge

TikTok's Scaled Growth team is building the next generation of advertising solutions for SMBs and agencies across LATAM. You'll own the go-to-market strategy that turns regional agency partners into power users while directly shaping the product roadmap based on real market pain points.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map LATAM agency & advertiser landscape: conduct 20+ structured interviews with key agency partners to identify top 5 product gaps and GTM blockers

Launch first agency enablement program: design and pilot 1 product education/activation playbook with 3-5 agency partners to validate scalable engagement model

Establish baseline metrics: define and instrument tracking for GTM adoption KPIs (product DAU, revenue per advertiser, agency partner NPS) across agency-managed & self-serve segments

Align cross-functional roadmap input: synthesize market insights into 3-5 prioritized product enhancement recommendations for global product team

Scale agency engagement: operationalize 2-3 GTM programs (education, activation, partner councils) reaching 50+ agencies with documented uplift in adoption metrics

Drive product adoption & revenue: increase product DAU by 25% and revenue per agency-managed advertiser by 15% through optimized GTM execution

Build market intelligence system: implement systematic feedback loops (surveys, roundtables, inbound intel gathering) capturing insights from 100+ agencies/advertisers quarterly

Optimize GTM operations: design and automate 3 key workflows (launch playbooks, agency reporting, performance monitoring) reducing manual overhead by 40%

For You If
  • You've spent 5+ years in media/advertising (agencies, platforms, or ad-tech) and understand GTM mechanics for scaled products
  • You're fluent in Portuguese and Spanish—you'll own LATAM market voice directly with agencies and partners
  • You can synthesize qualitative agency feedback with quantitative data to make credible product recommendations
  • You thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments where you define processes and GTM playbooks from scratch
  • You're obsessed with customer outcomes: agency partner success and advertiser ROI drive every decision
Won't Work If
  • You've only done B2C marketing or platform marketing without agency/B2B2C experience—you need to understand multi-stakeholder dynamics
  • You can't commit to on-site work in São Paulo or lack fluency in Portuguese (Spanish secondary)
  • You prefer stable, process-heavy environments over ambiguity and rapid pivots—this role requires constant iteration
  • You're uncomfortable with quantitative rigor or can't defend GTM decisions with data and customer insights
