The Challenge

TikTok's LATAM growth engine needs you to build and scale a diversified network of influencers, agencies, and creative partners across Brazil and beyond. You'll own the entire lifecycle—from identifying talent to tracking performance—while driving user acquisition through data-backed partnership strategy.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit current influencer/agency partner network across Brazil; identify 15-20 new potential partners aligned with growth channels

Establish weekly performance tracking system for existing partners with clear KPIs (cost per install, engagement rates, conversion funnels)

Deliver first market research report on LATAM influencer landscape, competitor partner strategies, and emerging growth channels

4

Negotiate and close contracts with 5+ new high-potential agencies/creators; establish baseline performance metrics

By 6 Months
1

Scale partner network to 40+ active agencies/influencers; achieve 30% improvement in average partner performance vs. baseline

2

Launch 3+ major influencer campaigns with documented user acquisition results; optimize creative asset quality across partners

Build predictive model for partner performance; implement automated alerts for underperforming partnerships

4

Present quarterly BD results to leadership with clear ROI attribution; recommend resource reallocation based on data insights

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Install (CPI) by Channel

Track blended CPI across influencer marketing, incentivized growth, and agency partnerships; target quarter-over-quarter improvement.

Partner Performance Score

Composite metric tracking delivery quality, creative output, timeliness, and user quality from each agency/influencer partner.

Active Partner Network Size

Number of engaged influencers and agencies actively driving growth; balanced across content creators, performance agencies, and production partners.

Campaign ROI & Attribution

User acquisition volume and quality (retention, engagement) attributed to each partnership; feeds budget reallocation decisions.

Market Intelligence Velocity

Frequency and quality of competitive/trend research reports; demonstrates how insights drive strategy iterations and campaign planning.

  • You've built or scaled influencer/agency networks in emerging markets and can navigate complex local partnerships
  • You thrive on data: you track metrics obsessively and make decisions based on performance insights, not gut feel
  • You're fluent in Portuguese and English and understand Brazilian market dynamics deeply—not just surface-level
  • You're a negotiator and executor; you can close deals, manage contracts, and hold partners accountable to targets
  • You're energized by rapid growth and ambiguity; you can own the full partnership lifecycle without hand-holding
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully remote setup or inflexible hours; this role is on-site in São Paulo and requires cross-timezone collaboration
  • You're uncomfortable with performance management; underperforming partners need to be optimized or replaced quickly
  • You lack direct experience in user growth or influencer/agency partnerships; theoretical marketing knowledge won't cut it
  • You don't speak fluent Portuguese or English; daily communication with local partners demands native-level language skills
