Tandem is rethinking therapy distribution at scale with AI-first infrastructure and product-market fit. You'll build the backend systems powering network expansion across thousands of daily patients and top biopharma partnerships.
Your Mission
Ship provider onboarding automation pipeline that reduces friction and increases activation conversion by 15%+
Build data infrastructure and dashboards to measure growth metrics across patient and provider funnels
Implement 2-3 AI-powered workflows into GTM processes (outbound, engagement, follow-through)
Establish growth experimentation framework and run first batch of A/B tests on conversion surfaces
Own full go-to-market engineering function; scale provider onboarding to handle 10x volume
Design and deploy AI agents into provider engagement workflows; measure impact on activation
Build internal tooling suite that reduces manual ops work by 30%+ across growth and operations
Establish scalable data pipelines and real-time monitoring for all growth-critical systems
