O que você vai fazer
Join Talkspirit, an AI-powered B2B SaaS company, as a Founding Marketer. In this role, you will build the marketing function from the ground up, focusing on both growth and product marketing. You will report directly to the CEO and have a significant impact on the company's success. This is a fully remote position based in Europe.
Key Missions
Profile
Target profile & mindset
Both dimensions, for real. Senior, hands-on experience in a B2B SaaS context spanning both growth / demand generation and product marketing (positioning, messaging, launches). Not one with a nod to the other.
A builder, not an operator of existing machines. Has built marketing from a near-blank page before, and can describe the systems, measurement, and playbooks they set up, not just the campaigns they ran.
AI-native. Uses AI daily and specifically in their own production, and thinks in terms of building it into the engine, not bolting it on.
Revenue-fluent. Talks pipeline, CAC, payback, and NRR as fluently as brand and copy; thinks in Winning by Design Bowtie / recurring-impact terms.
Founding mindset. Comfortable with a demanding, sometimes uncomfortable first-in-seat role carrying real responsibility, genuine autonomy, and a high bar on quality, execution, and impact, with a player-coach trajectory toward hiring and leading a team.
Languages & location. English is Talkspirit’s working language. French is required; German is a plus. You can be based anywhere in Europe and work fully remotely.
Non-negotiable standards
This role demands a high level of rigour. The standards below are not optional.
Business accountability, not activity. You are measured on pipeline, conversion, adoption, and expansion, not on volume of output.
Message-market fit is earned with evidence. No positioning marketing messaging shipped on opinion alone; grounded in customer language and tested.
No vanity metrics. Impressions and likes are not results. Every programme ties to a revenue or adoption outcome.
AI-powered execution. AI is skilfully embedded in how the marketing engine runs, not a talking point.
Ship, measure, iterate. Fast cycles, honest post-mortems, compounding improvements over one-off campaigns.
One coherent story. Marketing, Sales, Product, and CS tell the same brand-aligned narrative end-to-end.
Transparent communication. Escalate early, make risks and trade-offs explicit.
Success indicators
Exact targets are set jointly with the CEO by phase, but the performance dimensions are:
Demand & pipeline (Growth)
Qualified pipeline created and influenced by marketing.
Conversion across the funnel (visitor → lead → MQL → SQL → win).
CAC and payback trending toward efficiency; channel mix understood, not guessed.
Product & message impact (Product Marketing)
Message-market fit signals: clarity in win/loss, sales cycle friction reduced, “they get it faster”.
Launch adoption: features and modules that find durable usage, not release spikes.
Sales and CS report they are genuinely armed (decks, battlecards, narratives used in the field).
Adoption & expansion
Contribution to activation and time-to-first-value.
Contribution to expansion and NRR through lifecycle and expansion marketing.
Function build & brand
The marketing engine exists, is instrumented, and is improvable, not a series of disconnected efforts.
Organic presence and category authority growing.
Playbooks and standards established that a future team can inherit.
Interfaces & collaboration
You work in direct collaboration with:
CEO: strategy, priorities, positioning, pricing, budget, arbitration. This role reports here.
Sales / Account Management: pipeline, handoff, enablement, competitive intelligence, account strategy.
Product & Design: launches, roadmap insight, messaging, brand, in-product experience.
Customer Success: lifecycle, adoption, expansion, customer stories, voice of the customer.
Founders & CCO: brand, narrative, category vision.
Culture fit
The five Talkspirit values apply uniformly to every role:
1. Ambition & ownership
2. Excellence & rigour
3. Humility & sharing
4. Enjoyment working together
5. Curiosity & continuous learning
Our way of working
At Talkspirit, we build with intention and operate with clarity. We believe high standards thrive in a healthy environment, not at its expense.
Clear responsibility, not vague autonomy. Everyone owns their scope end-to-end, with defined priorities and the support needed to deliver. Alignment beats ambiguity.
Respectful disagreement, written-first culture. Structured thinking, high-quality feedback, direct but respectful communication.
Learning is collective. We move fast, learn even faster, and share early. Experiments and mistakes are part of how we evolve together.
Remote by default, connected by design. Intentional rituals, asynchronous operations and regular offsites nurture trust, cohesion and shared momentum.

Do you want to build a marketing engine from a near-blank page, AI-native, measurable, and directly tied to pipeline, adoption, and growth? Do you want a founding role with meaning, impact, high standards, and real autonomy? Let’s talk!
We’d love to hear, in your ‘Motivation’ section, what draws you to this role and to Talkspirit specifically. This matters to us, we’re looking for genuine fit, not just interest.
This is a founding AI-powered marketing role. You are not joining a marketing team, you are building it, in the age of AI.
This is not a “run the campaigns” seat, not a brand-and-awareness role, and not a role that executes a strategy someone else owns. It is a founding role: you build Talkspirit’s marketing function AI-native from day one, reporting directly to the CEO, and you own its business outcomes. You are expected to:
Own two dimensions at once: Growth (demand creation, pipeline, conversion) and Product Marketing (positioning, messaging, launches, enablement). Both matter equally.
Build the marketing machine: the systems, the measurement, the first playbooks, the tooling, the rituals, from a near-blank page.
Turn Talkspirit’s product and vision into a market narrative that a prospect understands in one sentence and a buyer chooses over the alternatives.
Create a compounding, measurable pipeline and adoption engine, not a series of one-off campaigns.
Founding mandate and trajectory. For the first 12 months this role is roughly 80% hands-on execution, 20% building the function. You do the work yourself, supported by AI agents and in close collaboration with the Winning By Design Team. As traction is proven, the role is designed to grow into a Head of Marketing mandate with a small team to hire and lead. The title today reflects the founding, player-coach reality; the trajectory is explicit and earned, not assumed.
1. Mission
As Talkspirit’s Founding Marketer, your mission is to build a brand-aligned, measurable, compounding marketing engine that creates demand, wins the buyer’s decision, and accelerates adoption and expansion, so that Talkspirit’s growth stops depending on founder bandwidth and starts depending on a system you own.
You act as a builder-operator, fully aligned with the brand: you refine and execute the strategic positioning, ship the launches, run the acquisition programmes, empower Sales and Customer Success, and instrument the funnel end-to-end. You integrate AI at the core of everything you produce.
2. Expected impact (12-18 months)
A measurable, compounding pipeline engine live across the Winning by Design Bowtie, with CAC and conversion understood channel by channel, not guessed.
A proven market positioning and a master marketing messaging framework the whole revenue team rally behind.
A product-launch and enablement machine that Sales and Customer Success genuinely use in the field (decks, battlecards, narratives), with launches that find durable adoption.
Lifecycle and expansion marketing contributing measurably to activation, Net Revenue Retention, and the post-sale side of the Bowtie.
Marketing turned into an instrumented system rather than founder bandwidth, ready to be staffed with the first hires as traction is proven.
3. The Winning by Design lens
We operate on the Winning by Design (WbD) Bowtie, the shared language across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and this role is instrumented against it end-to-end.
Growth
owns the left side: Awareness, Education, Selection. You create and educate the market, and help the right accounts choose Talkspirit. Measured in pipeline and conversion, not impressions.Product Marketing
drives the narrative across the whole Bowtie: messaging for education and selection, launches that fuel onboarding, and expansion stories that fuel growth.Pricing & packaging
sits at the knot (commitment) and at expansion (monetisation).
Marketing here isn’t a top-of-funnel cost centre, it’s recurring impact across the full customer lifecycle, measured like the rest of Revenue.
4. Scope
Two co-equal dimensions: Growth (demand generation, pipeline, conversion, lifecycle) and Product Marketing (executing strategic positioning, refining messaging, launches, enablement, competitive intelligence).
Embedded: brand-aligned marketing content that strengthens and elevates our unique voice
Co-owned: pricing & packaging, in partnership with the CEO (in a CRO role).
Audience: mid-market and enterprise organisations across Europe, with focus on DACH, Benelux and France. Buyers and influencers span C-level, HR / People, transformation, IT, internal communications, and operations.
Motions: both sales-led and product-led (PLG) motions coexist in the suite; you design marketing for both.
Ways of working: fully remote (Europe-based), connected by design; occasional travel for offsites, events, and key field moments.
5. Expected posture: an AI-powered marketing role
At Talkspirit, AI is a central lever for performance, in the product and in how we work. You’ll use AI to boost your output, speed, and quality as a one-person-then-small-team, especially for:
Research and synthesis: market, competitors, ICP pain points, category narrative.
High-volume content production without losing quality: copy, long-form, landing pages, scripts, briefs.
Message testing and personalisation across segments.
Funnel analysis, attribution, and experiment design.
Enablement assets and always-fresh battlecards.
Marketing ops: automation, reporting, agent-assisted execution.
AI should be built into the marketing engine itself, not just a personal accelerator, raising the bar for what a small, AI-native team can produce.
6. Key activities
6.1. Positioning, messaging & narrative (Product Marketing core)
Execute and refine Talkspirit’s strategic positioning and messaging in alignment with the brand: the category story, the value proposition, the one-sentence “why us”, per segment and persona.
Establish message-market fit through evidence: customer language, win/loss, field feedback, tests, not opinion.
Maintain and develop the master marketing messaging framework and cascade it consistently across web, sales, product, and content.
6.2. Product & launch marketing (Product Marketing)
Own go-to-market for new features and modules: narrative, launch plan, assets, internal enablement, adoption follow-through.
Tie every launch to a user-impact metric (adoption, frequency, activation), not to a release announcement.
Feed the product team structured market and buyer insight to shape the roadmap.
6.3. Demand generation & growth (Growth core)
Design and run the acquisition engine: inbound, SEO/SEA, paid, organic, partnerships, events/webinars, ABM on target accounts.
Build a qualified, measurable pipeline for both sales-led and product-led motions.
Own conversion across the funnel: landing pages, forms, trials, nurture, MQL→SQL handoff with Sales.
6.4. Lifecycle, PLG & expansion marketing (Growth × Product Marketing)
Design onboarding, activation, and lifecycle programmes that accelerate time to value.
Build expansion marketing: in-product and lifecycle campaigns that drive adoption depth, cross-module usage, and NRR, in coordination with Customer Success.
Instrument and improve PLG loops where the product motion allows.
6.5. Sales & Customer Success enablement (Product Marketing → Revenue)
Empower Sales and CS with pitch narratives, decks, one-pagers, sequences, objection handling, and competitive battlecards.
Own competitive intelligence: positioning against alternatives, kept current and field-ready.
Ensure the whole revenue engine tells one coherent story from first touch to renewal.
6.6. Marketing content (embedded fuel)
Build marketing content that serves both dimensions: education content for the top of the Bowtie, enablement content for selection and expansion.
Produce reusable, scalable assets: articles, landing pages, customer stories, short on-camera videos, playbooks.
Use AI to produce at volume while holding a high editorial and brand bar.
Ensure marketing content fully supports world-class SEO, GEO, AEO
6.7. Brand & communications (stewarded)
Apply the brand essence across marketing surfaces. Carry Talkspirit’s tone of voice and visual consistency on every marketing touchpoint, within the brand identity development owned by the Chief Catalyst Officer (CCO).
Steward brand and PR in partnership with the CCO, who owns brand identity development, alongside design and the founders; flag where dedicated resources will be needed.
Grow organic presence and category authority: social, thought leadership, community moments.
6.8. Pricing & packaging (co-owned)
Co-own pricing and packaging with the CEO, Product, and Sales: offer design, tiering, and the monetisation of expansion.
Bring market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay evidence into pricing decisions.
Translate packaging into clear, buyable offers on every commercial surface.
6.9. Marketing operations, performance & Bowtie instrumentation
Set up the marketing stack and the marketing performance architecture from scratch: analytics (including SEO, GEO, AEO), attribution, CRM alignment with Sales.
Instrument the full Bowtie so marketing’s contribution is visible and improvable.
Report reliably and fact-based to the CEO: pipeline, CAC/payback, conversion, adoption, expansion contribution.
6.10 Building the marketing function (founding mandate)
Establish the first marketing playbooks, rituals, and standards.
Define what “great” looks like for the marketing function and the future marketing team.
As traction is proven, scope, hire, and lead the first marketing hires, by demonstration, not by mandate alone.

About Growth Marketing roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
