About Synced

Synced is scheduling infrastructure for modern teams. We make it effortless to find the best time to meet across companies, time zones, and calendar providers (Google & Microsoft). Add participants, see real-time calendar overlap via our availability heatmap, and book — all in under 30 seconds.

Our platform is AI-powered (built on Claude), developer-first with a full API and SDK, and already integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and Claude via MCP. Teams at Google, NBC Universal, Accenture, Dentsu, Ogilvy, KFC, Ramp, and Orangetheory already use Synced.

We’re two technical co-founders with full-time jobs who’ve built a product with real traction. Now we need an entrepreneurial operator to take Synced to market and drive revenue. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join as a founding team member with meaningful equity.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales job. You’ll be the first dedicated go-to-market hire and the person responsible for turning a strong product into a revenue-generating business. You’ll own the entire sales motion from strategy to close.

What you’ll own:

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Synced’s Free and Enterprise tiers
  • Build the outbound sales pipeline from scratch — identify target segments, craft outreach, and close deals
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning for the Enterprise plan ($5/user/month) and custom integrations
  • Build relationships with sales teams, operations leaders, and IT buyers at mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Drive product-led growth by identifying viral loops, partnerships, and channel opportunities
  • Represent Synced at events, on LinkedIn, and in the broader scheduling/productivity ecosystem
  • Collaborate with the co-founders on product roadmap based on customer feedback

Compensation

This is a commission + equity role with no base salary. We’re transparent about that — we’re pre-revenue and bootstrapped. The upside is real ownership in a company with a live product, real users, and a massive addressable market.

Commission: Competitive percentage of all revenue you close (details discussed during the interview process)

Equity: Meaningful founding-team equity stake, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff

Flexibility: Fully remote, flexible schedule — we care about outcomes, not hours logged

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed — you don’t wait for a playbook, you write it
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, developer tools, or productivity software
  • Comfortable with a commission-only structure because you back yourself to close
  • Strong network in tech, operations, or enterprise sales is a major plus
  • Excellent communicator who can demo a product, write compelling outreach, and build trust quickly
  • Familiarity with the scheduling/calendar space, AI tools, or API/developer products is a bonus
  • Based in the US (Miami area is a plus but not required)
  • Excited about joining at the ground floor and building something from zero to one

Nice to Have

  • Previous founding team or early-stage startup experience
  • Existing relationships with IT, operations, or sales leaders at mid-market or enterprise companies
  • Experience with product-led growth motions
  • Active LinkedIn presence or personal brand in the SaaS/tech space
