Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 8+ years marketing experience in beauty, luxury goods, or fragrance-this is non-negotiable for Symrise
  • You've led marketing teams and thrive mentoring creatives (marketers, designers, perfumers)
  • You're a strategic thinker who can synthesize consumer trends and translate them into client growth opportunities
  • You're obsessed with fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods and see this as a long-term career, not a stepping stone
Won't Work If
  • You lack direct fragrance or premium beauty industry experience-they need category expertise from day one
  • You prefer heads-down execution over team leadership and strategic planning
  • You need flexibility or remote work; this is hard on-site in NYC with global collaboration demands
