The Challenge
Sun Home is scaling a premium wellness brand with $8K+ AOV and seven-figure budgets. You'll sit at the founder table making strategic calls on paid media, content, and email-not executing someone else's plan.
Your Mission
Audit current Klaviyo flows and email/SMS performance; identify and fix 2-3 broken promotional setups or underperforming segments
Establish GA4 baseline reporting; map customer journey across paid, organic, and email channels to isolate true attribution
Develop content calendar integrating GEO and AI Overview strategies; brief performance agency on creative direction for next quarter
Partner with Director of Digital Marketing to define success metrics for $7M+ annual spend; present data-driven budget allocation recommendation
Own campaign execution across 3-4 major product launches; drive 15-20% lift in conversion rate through optimized site experience and messaging
Build repeatable email/SMS segmentation playbook for high-AOV products; achieve 35%+ open rates and 8%+ click rates on promotional flows
Establish monthly performance review cadence with performance agency and leadership; present insights that inform paid media strategy shifts
Document and operationalize AI-driven product discovery approach (GEO, AEO); test and validate 2-3 new channels or tactics for awareness
KPIs You'll Own
Email/SMS Revenue Per Subscriber (RPS)
Track revenue generated per subscriber across all email and SMS sends; benchmark against industry high-AOV standards.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by Channel
Measure paid media, organic, and email CAC to optimize budget allocation across channels.
Site Conversion Rate
Monitor total site conversion rate and segment by traffic source and campaign to isolate high-performing segments.
Email List Health & Engagement
Track unsubscribe rate, spam complaints, and re-engagement campaign performance to maintain deliverability.
Content Performance Score
Measure engagement (CTR, time on page, scroll depth) and conversion lift attributed to content initiatives.
