The Challenge
Suddora's scaling their US e-commerce presence and needs someone who can own the full digital marketing stack—from AI-generated creative to Shopify optimization to email automation. You'll be the creative engine and data analyst rolled into one, reporting directly to leadership.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing Shopify store for conversion; implement 2-3 high-impact app integrations (Klaviyo/Seguno for email flows)
Launch 4 weeks of AI-assisted visual content across social (Instagram, TikTok) using Midjourney/DALL-E prompts; establish brand visual language
Design and deploy 3 automated email sequences (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) targeting US consumer behavior; track open rates and AOV
Complete SEO keyword audit for top 20 product pages; implement on-page optimizations and document quick wins
Grow organic social engagement by 40%+ through consistent visual storytelling; document what resonates with US audience
Increase email marketing revenue contribution by 25%; A/B test subject lines, send times, and creative layouts
Establish AI content workflow as repeatable system; create prompt library and design templates that scale creative output 3x
Achieve top 3 organic rankings for 5+ high-intent product keywords; measure organic traffic growth and conversion impact

Track revenue per email campaign and compare automated vs. manual sends to optimize flows.
Social Media Engagement Rate
Measure likes, comments, shares, and saves per post; identify which visual styles drive US audience action.
Shopify Store Conversion Rate
Monitor overall site conversion plus product page performance; tie improvements to content and optimization changes.
Organic Search Traffic & Rankings
Track keyword position movement and organic visits; measure revenue attributed to SEO efforts.
AI Content Production Velocity
Count high-quality assets generated per week; benchmark against outsourced design costs to measure efficiency gains.

- You've shipped 3+ years in email marketing, social media, or Shopify—and have real metrics to show for it
- You're expert-level with AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL-E) and treat prompt engineering as a craft
- You understand US consumer trends, memes, and cultural moments—and can translate that into brand messaging
- You're data-driven but creatively fearless; you don't view analytics as a constraint
- You prefer ownership and autonomy over process; you thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
- You need remote work or flexible location; this is on-site Colombia only
- You're a pure designer or pure marketer—this role demands versatility across email, social, design, and analytics
- You lack concrete experience with Shopify, email platforms, or measurable growth campaigns; we need proven wins
