The Challenge

StubHub is the global live events marketplace, and they need a strategic leader to scale enterprise account growth across North America. You'll own a portfolio of high-value clients, build and lead a team, and directly impact revenue expansion in a competitive supply marketplace.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current enterprise accounts and map expansion opportunities (cross-sell, upsell, net revenue expansion targets)

Establish team structure, KPIs, and quarterly performance benchmarks aligned with Head of Supply strategy

3

Land 2-3 major account expansion wins and implement documented playbooks for replicability

4

Build executive relationships with top 10-15 strategic accounts through discovery and strategic planning sessions

By 6 Months
1

Grow enterprise account revenue by 25-35% through systematic expansion and upsell execution

Build, coach, and operationalize a high-performing Account Growth team with documented processes and domain expertise

3

Design and implement a scalable account growth framework that supports post-onboarding expansion across all client segments

4

Deliver quarterly board-ready metrics on revenue growth, client retention, and team performance vs. KPIs

KPIs You'll Own

Enterprise Account Revenue Growth

Net revenue expansion (NRR) and annual contract value (ACV) growth from managed portfolio.

Cross-sell / Upsell Win Rate

Percentage of strategic accounts that adopt new products or expand spend quarter-over-quarter.

Client Retention & Health

Churn rate, net dollar retention, and customer health scores across enterprise portfolio.

Team Performance & Capacity

Individual and team quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and deal cycle times.

Tools & Stack

Walk through a real or hypothetical enterprise account expansion challenge and your playbook

Final Round

Interview with Director of Sales and possibly Head of People on cross-functional alignment and team dynamics
