The Challenge

Leapmotor is Stellantis' next-gen EV brand taking France by storm. You'll own product launches, dealer networks, and brand strategy from day one—sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial execution in one of automotive's biggest plays.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Leapmotor's product line, competitive positioning, and dealer network—become the go-to resource for launch support

2

Execute 2+ regional dealer activation events and track performance metrics (attendance, leads, conversions)

3

Build dashboard tracking marketing spend, dealer ROI, and campaign performance across all activations

4

Shadow leadership and establish credibility as proactive cross-functional connector between marketing, sales, and ops

By 6 Months
1

Lead product launch campaign execution end-to-end: briefing, asset creation, dealer rollout, and ROI analysis

Own Paris Motor Show project coordination—pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event ROI reporting

3

Consolidate marketing data across 50+ dealerships into monthly reporting cadence; identify top 3 optimization opportunities

4

Develop 2+ brand strategy proposals with agency partners and present findings to leadership

Monitor awareness lift, engagement, and sales velocity pre/post product launch

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're hungry for real operational work—not admin tasks. You want to own launches, not watch them.
  • Automotive/EV mobility excites you. You've got conviction about where transport is heading.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity, multitasking, and wearing multiple hats across product, marketing, and sales.
  • You can crunch data in Excel and translate it into insights; you speak both creative and numbers fluently.
  • You want mentorship from serious leadership in a growth-stage brand. Stellantis' resources + startup pace = rare combo.
Won't Work If
  • You need a desk job with clear 9-5 boundaries. This is event-heavy, dealer-facing, and highly operational.
  • You're not comfortable with automotive or skeptical about EV. You'll lose the narrative if the category doesn't move you.
  • You need high salary upfront. This is an apprenticeship/internship role; the ROI is experience and connections, not a six-figure package.
  • You can't handle ambiguity or rapid context-switching. You'll be asked to do product, marketing, events, and data all in one week.

Interview Process

1. Initial screening

Phone/video with HR. Background, motivation for automotive/Leapmotor, and availability.

2. Marketing case study

Small real-world scenario: brief a campaign, analyze dealer data, or position a product. Expect a 48-hour turnaround.

3. Manager interview

1-on-1 with Leapmotor Marketing Lead. Deep dive on launch experience, dealer network knowledge, cross-functional collaboration.

4. Leadership meet & greet

Optional: casual coffee with Leapmotor leadership or Stellantis marketing director to assess cultural fit and learning mindset.
