The Challenge
Solera processes 300M+ digital transactions annually across 120+ countries. You'll own campaign execution and lead generation for their North American dealer solutions—translating product strategy into high-performing multi-channel campaigns that move the needle for automotive dealerships.
Your Mission
Map current demand gen channels (email, paid, in-product ads, web) and establish baseline KPIs and ROI benchmarks
Execute 2-3 full-funnel campaigns across owned + paid channels, A/B testing messaging and creative for dealer personas
Build sales enablement collateral (one-sheets, case studies, email templates) aligned with top dealer pain points
Establish weekly campaign performance dashboard tracking leads, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates by channel
Optimize paid media spend with 20%+ improvement in cost-per-lead or lead quality score vs. baseline
Launch ABM pilot targeting 5-10 high-value dealer accounts with custom content and landing pages
Increase email engagement rates by 15-25% through segmentation and behavioral automation testing
Own end-to-end lead pipeline reporting to Marketing Director, forecasting monthly lead volume by source

Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate
Measure % of marketing leads that convert to sales-qualified opportunities within 30 days.

Calculate revenue attributed to campaigns divided by total campaign spend across all channels.
Email Engagement Rate
Monitor open rate, click-through rate, and unsubscribe rate for demand gen email programs.
Paid Media ROAS
Return on ad spend for paid search, display, and social campaigns targeting dealer personas.

- You've run 6-8 years of B2B demand gen campaigns and know how to optimize email, paid media, and web for lead quality
- You obsess over metrics—you can't ship a campaign without a clear KPI framework and weekly performance tracking
- You thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments where you wear multiple hats (campaign ops, copywriting, analysis)
- You've done ABM, sales enablement, or field marketing and understand how to bridge marketing and sales incentives
- Automotive software experience is a plus, but you're a generalist comfortable learning new verticals fast
- You prefer brand awareness campaigns over lead generation and ROI—this is pure performance marketing
- You need 100% remote flexibility; this is on-site in Mexico City with occasional travel required
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity or pivoting strategy based on weekly performance data
- You're looking for a strategic, high-level role; this is hands-on execution—you'll be building briefs, optimizing campaigns, and tracking spreadsheets
