About the Opportunity

A growing professional services and technology-focused organization is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to lead highly targeted marketing initiatives supporting a portfolio of key enterprise clients.

This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing personalized marketing strategies designed to strengthen customer engagement, support revenue growth, and expand relationships within complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience collaborating across Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns, executive engagement initiatives, events, and digital programs that drive measurable business results.

This is a highly collaborative, visible role within a fast-paced organization and is ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple initiatives while building scalable marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted strategic marketing programs for a select group of enterprise accounts
  • Partner closely with sales and client-facing leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives
  • Create and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns including digital outreach, executive engagement programs, events, and field initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to engage additional stakeholders and buying groups within target organizations
  • Analyze engagement trends, customer insights, and market intelligence to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, external vendors, and program deliverables
  • Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, pipeline influence, and overall ROI
  • Continuously improve processes, reporting frameworks, and marketing best practices

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience building campaigns
  • KPI Experience
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic, personalized marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in a collaborative environment
  • Background executing integrated campaigns, executive programs, and events
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience working within technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments
  • CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
  • Background supporting enterprise sales organizations or large strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with intent data, account intelligence, or customer engagement tools
  • Experience operating within high-growth or fast-moving organizations

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
