The Opportunity

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who understands internet culture, product psychology, narrative-building, and organic growth loops. Someone who knows how to make people feel like they are discovering something important before everyone else does.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

This is storytelling, positioning, growth engineering, and internet instinct combined.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build anticipation before public launch
  • Create viral positioning and category narratives
  • Run experiments across X, LinkedIn, communities, and creator ecosystems

Develop waitlist and referral growth systems

Craft launch moments people remember

  • Work directly with founders on brand strategy

Build unconventional growth loops and acquisition channels

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Deep understanding of internet-native marketing

Strong product intuition

Experience with startup growth or audience-building

Understanding of AI/startup ecosystems is a plus

Ability to execute independently and move fast
