The Challenge
Sephora is the world's largest beauty community with 56k employees across 35 countries. You'll own mobile app acquisition and SEO performance for one of luxury retail's most competitive digital properties, reporting directly on download rates, retention, and organic visibility.
Your Mission
Become fluent in App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy and execute initial recommendations on Sephora app metadata/creatives
Set up and monitor core dashboards for App Download KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention) and SEO metrics (traffic, indexation, Share of Voice)
Execute 2-3 A/B tests on SEO/GEO optimizations and document learnings with recommendations
Support agency on 4+ mobile acquisition campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
Own ASO strategy and roadmap for app visibility improvements, tracking conversion lift month-over-month
Identify and implement 5+ high-impact SEO/GEO opportunities with measurable traffic gains
Establish performance benchmarking and best practices documentation shared with European markets
Lead cross-functional alignment between Creative, CRM, and Product teams on post-install engagement initiatives
KPIs You'll Own
Cost Per Install (CPI)
Track acquisition efficiency across all mobile channels and optimize spend allocation.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on app download campaigns.
App Retention Rate
Monitor D1, D7, D30 retention to validate product-market fit post-acquisition.
Organic Traffic & Share of Voice (SEO)
Measure website visits from search and competitive keyword visibility.
App Download Volume
Track total installs and month-over-month growth across iOS and Android.

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a Master's in commerce, communication, or digital marketing and want real growth marketing experience
- You're data-obsessed and comfortable building/maintaining dashboards and analyzing KPIs across multiple channels
- You have hands-on experience or strong appetite for mobile app marketing (UAC, Meta App Campaigns, ASO)
- You're fluent in English and thrive in fast-paced, international, cross-functional environments
- You prefer fully remote work—this is 100% on-site in Neuilly
- You lack English fluency or avoid international/multicultural teams
- You're not comfortable with hands-on analytics tools and KPI tracking
