The Challenge

Seneca Gaming Corporation is scaling its digital presence across a multi-brand gaming and hospitality portfolio. You'll build the digital marketing foundation from the ground up—establishing strategy, tools, processes, and a high-performing team to drive measurable growth across web, mobile, SEO, SEM, paid media, and email.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital marketing capabilities, identify gaps in tools/processes, and create a 90-day digital strategy roadmap aligned with business goals

Establish core digital marketing team structure, define roles, and begin hiring to support multi-channel execution

Implement Google Analytics and core measurement framework to establish baseline metrics across all digital channels

4

Develop and launch first integrated campaign across 2-3 channels (paid + organic) to demonstrate quick wins

By 6 Months
1

Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategy driving measurable increases in website traffic, mobile app usage, and online revenue

Build and operationalize A/B testing framework; run minimum 8-10 tests and document learnings across channels

Establish digital marketing playbooks for content, paid media, SEO, email, and social; ensure brand consistency across SGC subsidiary brands

4

Manage and optimize departmental budget; demonstrate ROI improvements of 15%+ on paid spend through channel optimization

KPIs You'll Own

Website Traffic Growth

Month-over-month increase in organic and paid web sessions, with target of 25%+ growth within first 6 months.

Mobile App Adoption & Engagement

Track app downloads, DAU/MAU, and session depth to measure mobile strategy effectiveness.

Online Revenue / Conversion Rate

Measure e-commerce conversions, booking rate, and attributed revenue to paid/organic channels.

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Monitor CPA trends across SEM, social, display, and email; target 15-20% reduction through optimization.

Email Engagement

Open rates, click-through rates, and revenue attribution from email campaigns by segment.

Paid Media ROAS

Return on ad spend across Facebook, Google, and other paid channels; target minimum 3:1 ROAS.
