Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization
This role is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of SCJ brands. In close partnership with the Manager, this Brand Manager will drive growth by delivering consumer-centric strategies, strengthening brand equity, and ensuring excellence in commercial execution.
This position plays a key role in shaping long-term vision while delivering short-term business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
Identify growth drivers and build actionable plans to accelerate brand performance
Consumer & Market Insights
Deeply understand consumer behavior, trends, and category dynamics to inform strategic decisions
Translate insights into impactful marketing and innovation initiatives
Integrated Communication & Campaign Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of integrated communication plans (ATL and Digital) ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines
Drive best-in-class campaigns that enhance brand equity and deliver measurable business outcomes
Innovation & Portfolio Management
- Lead new product development and launches, from ideation to in-market execution
Manage portfolio strategy, ensuring relevance, competitiveness, and alignment with consumer needs
Commercial & Business Performance
- Own and track brand P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply, Finance) to ensure strong execution of commercial plans
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., agencies, regional/global teams)
Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure efficient and effective project execution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Advanced English proficiency
3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles (FMCG preferred)
Proven experience managing brands, campaigns, and product launches
Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
