The Challenge

Rockwell Automation is a 28,000-person industrial tech giant helping manufacturers go productive and sustainable. You'll own go-to-market strategy for their New Capacity and Growth Industries teams—building demand through campaigns, events, and sales enablement that actually move the needle on revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing programs and campaign calendar for New Capacity/Growth Industries; identify gaps and quick wins

2

Develop integrated 2026 GTM strategy with clear ROI metrics for 3-5 key customer outcomes

3

Launch first major campaign or event activation that drives qualified pipeline into sales

4

Establish baseline metrics: lead volume, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost by program

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2-3 major marketing campaigns (inbound/outbound/events) with documented ROI improvement vs. baseline

Build and scale sales enablement program (training, collateral, tools) adopted by regional teams

3

Create industry-specific positioning and messaging that differentiates vs. competitors

4

Deliver quarterly business reviews to leadership with pipeline impact, budget burn, and growth levers for H2

KPIs You'll Own

Pipeline Generated (MQL→SQL conversion)

Track qualified leads from marketing programs into sales funnel with conversion rate targets

Campaign ROI

Revenue influenced divided by total program spend; target 3:1 minimum for new programs

Event Performance

Attendee quality, booth engagement, follow-up conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead

Sales Enablement Adoption

% of regional sales teams using new training, collateral, and tools within 30 days of launch

Brand Perception Lift

Industry awareness and expertise positioning tracking among target customer segments

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built demand generation programs (campaigns, events, ABM) for B2B tech or industrial companies
  • You speak fluent Spanish and are based in Mexico (or ready to relocate to Monterrey)
  • You're comfortable with matrix reporting and can influence without direct authority across sales/BU teams
  • You live and breathe ROI—every program needs a clear business case and post-mortem
Won't Work If
  • You hate spreadsheets or can't talk fluently about metrics, pipeline, and conversion rates
  • You expect a fully remote role—this is on-site/hybrid in Monterrey
  • You've only done consumer marketing or brand awareness—this is demand gen and sales enablement focused
