Digital Product & Growth Specialist
Location
: Full-time - Remote / Home Office position. Minimum four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (Miami-based founder).Ritzy Yachts is seeking a curious, hands-on Digital Product & Growth Specialist to take ownership of our digital products, our public website and client-facing applications, and the online marketing channels that drive traffic to them.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Web Development and Online Marketing. The majority of your time will be spent building: shipping code and product improvements via AI-assisted development. The remainder is dedicated to growth, setting direction for SEO and paid media, briefing and reviewing our external specialists, and owning analytics and conversion optimisation.
You will report directly to the founder and work alongside a small global team: an external Developer who handles deeper engineering and infrastructure, and external SEO and PPC specialists. Day-to-day product work is yours to own.
This is a foundational hire, with a clear path to Head of Product or Head of Growth for the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate
- One to three years of relevant experience in web development, digital product or online marketing. Internships, freelance work and substantive personal projects all qualify. A public portfolio is required: GitHub profile, personal site, or links to projects, sites or campaigns you have shipped. We weigh portfolio quality more heavily than years of experience.
- Solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript, a modern frontend framework, and Git / GitHub workflows. Awareness of databases and cloud / BaaS platforms is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SEO and PPC / paid media sufficient to brief, coordinate and review freelance specialists, with a clear understanding of CPL and ROAS.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot, or genuine eagerness to develop proficiency quickly.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Website ownership: Manage and continuously improve landing pages, content, SEO performance, page speed and conversion paths.
- Product execution: Ship features in our client app end to end alongside the founder. Scoping, coding, testing and deployment, primarily via AI-assisted workflows.
- SEO & content: Own the SEO and content roadmap. Brief and review our external SEO specialist; track rankings, traffic and indexing health.
- Performance marketing: Own the paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Brief our external PPC specialist, set targets, monitor performance and approve budget allocations.
- Analytics & experimentation: Maintain tracking, run A/B tests, generate weekly performance reports and translate data into prioritised next steps using GA4, Google Search Console and ad platform data.
- Tooling & automation: Maintain and improve our operational stack (JotForm, Streak, Zapier, GitHub Projects) and build automations where they deliver meaningful time savings.
- Project coordination: Coordinate our external Developer, SEO specialist, PPC specialist and external contractors. Maintain a clear backlog, set delivery timelines and ensure work ships on schedule and to spec.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with brokers and operations to ship improvements that map to real business needs.

Builder mentality. Data-driven, with a sharp focus on KPIs. Comfortable operating across disciplines - product, code and marketing - within a single week. Strong communicator in async remote settings. Self-directed, collaborative and effective across time zones. Always evaluating new tools and AI workflows that give a small team an outsized advantage.
