The Challenge

Rhenus Logistics is a global logistics powerhouse looking for a Marketing Manager to build their regional growth engine across Latin America. You'll own the marketing strategy for air freight, ocean freight, and supply chain solutions in a market with massive untapped potential.

Your Mission

Audit current regional marketing efforts and competitive landscape; deliver market assessment with growth opportunities

Build marketing strategy framework and get stakeholder buy-in across air freight, ocean freight, and supply chain verticals

Launch first demand generation campaign targeting key B2B logistics buyers in the region

Establish marketing metrics dashboard and reporting cadence to leadership

Execute 3+ integrated B2B demand generation campaigns with measurable pipeline impact

Build and mentor regional marketing team (size TBD); establish team processes and workflows

Develop regional brand positioning and messaging for Rhenus in Latin American logistics market

Hit defined lead generation targets and track marketing contribution to regional revenue pipeline

  • You've built B2B demand generation campaigns that generated pipeline and closed deals
  • You have 5+ years in logistics, freight, supply chain, or similar B2B marketing roles
  • You're fluent in Spanish and English, and thriving in multicultural team environments
  • You're strategic AND tactical—comfortable owning strategy while executing campaigns yourself
  • You want regional ownership and the chance to build marketing from the ground up
Won't Work If
  • You only have B2C or consumer marketing experience and haven't played in B2B logistics/industrial markets
  • You need remote flexibility—this is strict on-site in Bogota
  • You speak only English or minimal Spanish; this role demands bilingual execution
  • You need a fully staffed marketing team day-one; you'll be building and wearing multiple hats initially
