The Challenge
Renesas is a $10B+ semiconductor giant powering automotive and IoT innovation across 30+ countries. Lead their marketing analytics function to transform data chaos into strategy—building dashboards, mentoring analysts, and proving marketing's ROI to the C-suite.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing measurement stack (GA4, CRM, attribution tools) and identify 3-5 critical data gaps blocking strategy decisions
Design and launch 2-3 foundational dashboards (campaign performance, website health, pipeline contribution) that marketing leadership checks daily
Establish measurement framework for Q1-Q2 priority initiatives with defined success metrics and tracking approach
Conduct 1:1 assessments with each analyst to map skill gaps and create 90-day development plan for the team
Implement advanced attribution model (multi-touch or incrementality) to connect marketing spend to pipeline and revenue impact
Build self-service analytics capability: train marketing teams on Looker Studio/Power BI so they pull their own reports
Launch quarterly business reviews with marketing leadership presenting data-driven insights that influence budget allocation decisions
Establish analytics center of excellence with documented standards for data quality, naming conventions, and KPI definitions across all platforms

Evaluation of team's ability to design and own analytics projects independently (tracked via peer review and stakeholder feedback).
