The Challenge

Rapido Solutions Group needs a Growth Marketing Director to architect and own their entire demand generation engine—from cold outreach to closed meetings. You'll be the revenue growth lever, partnering directly with sales and leadership to prove marketing's direct impact on pipeline and bookings.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current lead-to-meeting funnel; establish baseline conversion rates, CAC, and cost-per-meeting across all channels

Launch 2-3 high-velocity outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone sequences) targeting ICP with tracking dashboard

Build attribution model and weekly reporting dashboard linking marketing activities to qualified meetings and SQL conversion

4

Document scalable demand gen playbook: channel selection, messaging frameworks, nurture sequences ready for team handoff

By 6 Months

Increase MQL-to-SQL conversion rate by 25%+ through optimized nurture and qualification workflows

2

Establish 3+ owned channels (inbound, outbound, paid) each generating 15+ qualified meetings/month at target CAC

Scale website and landing page conversion by 30%+ via A/B testing and UX improvements

Build repeatable ops workflows and automation (Zapier, CRM sync, lead scoring) reducing manual touch by 40%

Pipeline value and closed-won revenue traceable to your campaigns; proves ROI to leadership.

Channel ROI

Return on investment per paid channel (outbound, inbound, ads); informs budget allocation.
