The Challenge

RAD Amplify turns real-time social language into creator-brand matches and measurable campaigns. You'll own positioning, sales enablement, and demand gen for a fast-growing intelligence platform competing in the creator economy and martech space.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Define and lock RAD Amplify's positioning and core narrative vs. competitors; stress-test with 3+ key prospects

Build sales enablement toolkit: positioning deck, 1-pagers, case study template, and competitive battle cards

3

Map and launch Q1 event/tentpole strategy; identify and commit to 3–5 priority industry moments

4

Establish lead gen baseline: audit current channels, set up measurement framework, define MQL/SQL targets

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2–3 full thought leadership campaigns (LinkedIn, trade media, owned) with 5K+ engaged impressions each

Build and operationalize sales partnership cadence: weekly enablement reviews, monthly positioning updates

3

Launch and optimize lead gen engine: nurture flows, conversion benchmarks, and monthly reporting dashboard

4

Align RAD Intel holding company messaging; ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing channels

Percentage of qualified opportunities that close; track lift pre/post enablement rollouts.

Thought Leadership Reach

LinkedIn follower growth, engagement rate, and third-party media mentions per quarter.

Quarterly survey measure of unaided brand recall in target buyer segments.
