Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving lead generation, managing brand presence, and supporting the Sales team in executing on business strategies. Key liaison between the Marketing Staff, Sales Team members, General Managers, and Senior Leadership.

Duties

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute quarterly/annual marketing plans in conjunction with CSO, to include digital marketing, local print, radio, and regional trade shows.
  • Define customer segments and create penetration plans for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.
  • Deepen the customer experience through Multi-Department/Location solutions.

Lead Generation & Management:

  • Identify and execute campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for equipment sales and service departments using HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Paid ads, Email Marketing, and vendor resources (CRM/Kenect) to align with lead conversion efforts.
  • Manage and distribute leads generated by internal/external sources.

Dealer/Brand Marketing:

  • Align dealership efforts with manufacturer initiatives from Kubota, Unicarrier and other partner OEM brands. Utilize Co-Op funds to supplement and support initiatives.
  • Supervise listings on MachineryTrader and other marketplaces for accuracy, picture representation, and description validity.
  • Manage the company website, inventory listings, social media, and search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) to ensure equipment listings are accurate and visible.
  • Plan and execute customer-facing events, demo days, and participation in industry trade shows.

Sales Enablement:

  • Produce marketing materials, flyers, and digital content that help sales representatives sell machinery and service contracts.
  • Manage store level inventory of marketing materials such as banners, signage, event specific resources, and distribute as needed.
  • Execute on SOP’s driven to create efficiency or speed to market.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendors to ensure ROI is maximized while ensuring contract obligations are met.
  • Create marketing plans for new vendor offerings and create go-to-market strategies for alignment with Strategic Objectives.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience with construction or agricultural products is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in channel, dealer, or B2B marketing, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.

Communication:

  • Strong project management and verbal/written communication skills are critical.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
