QTS is a Blackstone-backed global data center leader positioned at the forefront of AI and cloud infrastructure. You'll own the full digital marketing funnel—from paid search to social to email—for a rapidly scaling enterprise in a hot market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing paid and social campaigns; identify quick wins and cost optimization opportunities across platforms

Establish baseline performance dashboards and standardized reporting across all digital channels for stakeholder visibility

3

Launch one integrated paid + social campaign tied to a specific business objective with clear ROI metrics

4

Map current customer journey touchpoints and recommend website/digital experience improvements based on user data

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 20%+ improvement in digital campaign ROAS or lead quality vs. baseline through strategic optimization

2

Build and socialize quarterly digital marketing strategy aligned to company growth targets; present to senior leadership

3

Establish competitive intelligence framework; publish 2-3 trend reports identifying differentiation opportunities in data center space

4

Scale winning campaigns and expand channel mix; test new platforms or tactics with measurable performance gates

Campaign ROAS

Return on ad spend across paid search, social, and email channels—your primary lever for proving digital ROI.

Lead Quality Score

Measure of lead fit and sales-ready potential; track conversion rates from digital touchpoint to qualified opportunity.

Website Conversion Rate

Percentage of site visitors completing target actions (demo request, whitepaper download, contact form).

Social Engagement & Reach

Organic and paid social metrics including impressions, clicks, engagement rate; benchmark against industry benchmarks.

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Total digital marketing spend divided by new customers/leads acquired; track by channel and campaign.

  • You're comfortable being both the strategist and the operator; you can present to C-suite and execute day-to-day

  • You're hands-on with platform tools (Google Ads, Meta, analytics) and stay current on algorithm/platform changes

  • You've only worked at agencies; you lack experience owning and optimizing campaigns end-to-end as a brand team member
