The Challenge
Four is a fast-growing BNPL platform owned by a NYSE-listed FinTech holding company. You'll build the entire marketing function from scratch using AI agents and automation—no agencies, no hand-holding, just pure leverage and accountability.
Your Mission
Launch AI-powered paid acquisition workflows across Meta, Google, TikTok with baseline ROAS targets and attribution modeling in place
Establish Four's LLM discovery presence so the platform ranks first when consumers ask ChatGPT/Claude about BNPL options
Build content production system (social, video, email, landing pages) that runs on automation and internal creation, not vendors
Define and instrument all critical marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, LTV cohorts with real-time dashboards
Scale paid acquisition to $XXM monthly spend while maintaining or improving ROAS targets; test and double down on winning channels
Develop retention and lifecycle marketing playbooks that increase customer LTV and reduce churn
Build brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework that differentiates Four in a crowded BNPL market
Hire or onboard first marketing team members (designer, content specialist, analyst) based on what you've proven you can't do alone
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track blended CAC across all channels; target improvement and channel efficiency month-over-month.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Measure paid campaign ROAS across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads to allocate budget and optimize creative.
Conversion Rate & Funnel Efficiency
Monitor top-of-funnel awareness, consideration, and conversion metrics across web and app; identify and fix leaks.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Cohort-based LTV analysis to understand long-term unit economics and retention effectiveness by acquisition source.
LLM Discovery Visibility
Track Four's ranking and mention frequency in LLM responses for BNPL-related queries; measure organic brand lift.

Remote
