About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Communication & Events Assistant (Apprenticeship) to join our Sales & Marketing team in Meyreuil (Aix-en-Provence area).
Reporting to the Event & Marketing Communication Manager, you will contribute to the execution of our communication plan and support the organization of major international trade shows.
As Marketing Communication & Events Assistant (Apprenticeship), you will:
Digital Communication & Social Media
Support Presto's digital communication by
Preparing and scheduling LinkedIn posts Creating visual content for social media and digital campaigns Assisting with newsletter creation and distribution through HubSpot
Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
Help create and maintain communication materials for both print and digital use:
Design visuals for social media, newsletters and events Update brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral Coordinate with external graphic design partners when required Ensure consistency with Presto's visual identity
Website Management
Support the maintenance of Presto's website by
Updating website content using HubSpot CMS Publishing news and marketing content
Event Organization
Contribute to the preparation of Presto's participation in leading international trade shows:
Event planning and logistics Coordination with suppliers Preparation of booth communication materials Communication activities before and after each event
What you will learn
At Presto Engineering, you'll work on real projects with international visibility and quickly gain autonomy. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills across digital communication, event marketing and graphic design in a dynamic and innovative B2B environment.
During your apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience in:
International B2B communication Digital marketing and social media management Graphic design and brand communication Website management with HubSpot CMS Organization of international trade shows Marketing within an innovative semiconductor company
Your profile
We're looking for someone who is
Preparing a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or Graphic Design Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) Comfortable using Canva and/or the Adobe Creative Suite Familiar with or curious about using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI design tools) to support content creation, ideation and productivity Organized, creative and proactive Curious and eager to learn Interested in technology and innovation Comfortable working in an international environment
Knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics or other digital marketing tools would be a plus.
