Your Mission
Launch and execute editorial calendar across 3+ social channels with 80%+ on-time publication rate
Train and deploy 5+ AI agents (ChatGPT/Claude prompts) for content generation with quality approval framework
Establish baseline content performance metrics across Meta Insights and Google Analytics
Create brand voice guidelines and content template system for consistent multi-channel output
Reduce content production time by 40% through AI automation while maintaining brand quality standards
Grow engaged community by 35% (followers + meaningful interactions) across primary channels
Build predictive content strategy based on 6 months of performance data—identify top 20% formats
Document and train copywriter + design team on AI-assisted workflows for seamless handoffs

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed 2+ years in community management or content marketing—you know how to build digital presence from metrics, not gut feel
- You're genuinely curious about AI and actually trained models/prompts; you see it as a production multiplier, not a buzzword
- You thrive in fast-moving startups where you wear multiple hats and direct founders for priorities
- You speak Spanish fluently and live in/can relocate to Lima—on-site is non-negotiable
- You obsess over engagement data and tweak strategy based on what actually moves the needle
- You need remote flexibility—this role is on-site in Lima during core hours with some hybrid flexibility
- You've never actually run community management or content at scale; theoretical knowledge won't cut it
- You're uncomfortable with AI or see it as a threat to 'real' content work—this role is 50% about scaling with automation
- You don't speak Spanish or can't relocate to Peru
Interview Process
Initial Screening
Phone/video call with Growth Marketing Manager—30 min, focus on community management background and AI experience
Portfolio Review
Share 3–5 social accounts you've managed, growth metrics, and any AI implementations (prompts, automations, etc.)
AI Task
Short assignment: write 5 AI prompts for fintech/SMYE content and show how you'd QA output for brand voice
Team Meeting
Meet Copywriter + Design lead + Growth Marketing Manager—discuss collaboration, calendar, and content workflow
Founder Chat (if progressed)
Brief conversation with co-founder on fintech vision and how content supports 3-year bank launch goal
