Marketing Manager ~$120,000 | Full-Time | Congers, NY

We have a brand worth talking about, a customer worth knowing, and a marketing strategy with strong bones we just need someone to run it like they own it. This role exists for a marketer who sees volume and quality as the same discipline, not competing priorities.

You'll take a strategy with strong foundational principles already in place and build around it running a well-oiled, well-received marketing operation with plenty of autonomy to make it your own.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Email Marketing Draft, design, schedule, and A/B test campaigns in collaboration with our graphic design team. Bring new ideas and improvements to the program. Current tech: DotDigital.

Organic Social Tell our brand story using assets from our creative team and media contractors. Clearly articulate our value proposition across all channels at high volume and high quality. Current tech: Meta, LinkedIn.

Paid Ads Work with our agency to build and manage our paid ads approach getting the right prospects to our site through product ads, then retargeting them until conversion.

SEO & Copywriting Build out product and company pages with customer-focused copy that improves our Google and Bing rankings. Develop content that increases our relevance in AI search.

Product Launches Bring launches into email and social. Come up with creative ideas to maximise reach before and during launch, and execute on them.

Adhoc Videography / Photography As needed and if the skillset is there with customers or team members.

WHO YOU ARE

A self-starter who doesn't need handholding. It's a small team, so the world is your oyster. You have a genuine passion for brand storytelling and the discipline to execute consistently, and consistently well.

You write copy that cuts through. You track the numbers and act on them. You bring new ideas and you ship them. You know that great marketing is an equation: Quantity × Quality. Both sides have to be high.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute across email, paid ads, and organic social
  • Own the content calendar end-to-end
  • Brief and collaborate with our internal creative team and freelance contractors
  • Write and edit copy that cuts through, concise, punchy, on-brand
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimise (open rates, CTR, engagement, pipeline influence)
  • Always be hunting for new ways to grab our customer's attention

Email Program

  • Draft and design emails in collaboration with the graphic design department
  • Schedule and A/B test email campaigns
  • Bring an innovative approach to new email ideas and improvements

Social Media Program

  • Tell our brand story using assets from graphic design and media contractors
  • Clearly articulate our differentiating points to our audience
  • Maintain quality content at high quantities across all media channels

Paid Advertising

  • Work with our agency to build out the paid ads strategy
  • Build out systems and content to attract the right prospects and retarget until conversion

SEO / Copywriting

  • Write product and company page descriptions that improve search rankings
  • Develop content that increases AI chatbot relevance
