The Challenge

Lumonic, PitchBook's private credit automation platform, needs you to build their entire revenue engine from scratch. You'll own pipeline creation end-to-end across outbound, paid, ABM, and content—with founder-level autonomy and access to PitchBook's resources to scale fast.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and launch 3+ automated outbound workflows (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead) targeting private credit lenders with 15%+ reply rates

Establish comprehensive growth tracking dashboard covering pipeline, conversion rates, and CAC by channel

Execute first integrated campaign (outbound + paid + content) generating 50+ qualified demos

Build data enrichment and predictive lead scoring system integrated with CRM automation

By 6 Months

Scale proven channels to 200+ qualified pipeline meetings per month with <$5K CAC

Launch 8+ rapid experiments across channels, document learnings, and scale top 3 performers 3x

Develop proprietary positioning and content assets that speak directly to private credit decision-makers

Implement cross-sell optimization strategy and seller enablement program driving 20%+ incremental revenue

Experiment Velocity & Win Rate

Number of experiments launched monthly and percentage that hit success criteria and scale.

Lead Scoring Accuracy

Percentage of AI-scored high-intent leads that convert to qualified opportunities.
