The Challenge
PicPay is Brazil's fastest-growing financial ecosystem with 35M+ active users. You'll build the governance framework that scales Growth initiatives across CRM, ensuring data quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance at massive scale.
Your Mission
Map and document all current Growth CRM processes, identify 5+ efficiency gaps and create standardized workflow templates
Establish and baseline 8-10 critical Growth KPIs (activation rate, retention, cohort health, communication cadence compliance)
Design and implement governance rituals (weekly syncs, monthly reviews, quarterly strategy alignment) across Growth teams
Build SQL-based dashboards in Databricks to surface process health metrics and bottlenecks in real-time
Reduce Growth campaign deployment time by 30% through process optimization and automation
Achieve 95%+ compliance rate across all Growth governance standards across teams
Launch A/B testing governance framework with 50+ validated experiments tracking
Train and certify 3+ cross-functional teams on new process standards and continuous improvement mindset
