The Challenge

Payoneer is a $5B+ fintech platform serving 2.5M+ users across 190 countries. You'll architect regional growth strategy for LATAM, driving triple-digit growth through customer acquisition, retention, and ARPU expansion in one of the world's highest-potential emerging markets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current LATAM marketing performance—map channels, identify leaks, establish baseline KPI dashboard (acquisition cost, conversion rates, ARPU by segment)

Define regional ICP personas and go-to-market playbook for 2-3 priority verticals (freelancers, SMBs, marketplaces)

Launch 3 growth experiments across paid, SEO, lifecycle—test messaging, channels, and conversion hooks with $50K+ budget allocation

Build & onboard core marketing team (2-3 hires); establish weekly GTM cadence with Product, Sales, Operations

By 6 Months

Scale acquisition pipeline to 300+ Score-A leads/month for LATAM sales team; achieve 25%+ YoY customer growth

Grow ARPU by 15-20% through retention programs, upsell campaigns, and vertical-specific product positioning

New Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track blended CAC across paid, organic, and partnership channels; target <$15 per customer in LATAM markets.

Conversion Rate by Channel

Monitor paid search, SEO, display, and email conversion funnels; aim for 3-5% improvement QoQ through creative testing.

ARPU Growth Rate

Measure average revenue per user by cohort and vertical; target 15-20% annual lift via upsell and retention initiatives.

Lead Quality Score (Sales-Marketing Alignment)

Percentage of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that convert to Sales-qualified leads (SQLs); maintain >40% MQL-to-SQL rate.

Customer Retention / Churn Rate

Track month-over-month and annual churn by segment; implement lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn by 10-15%.

Campaign ROI

Calculate return on ad spend (ROAS) for paid campaigns; maintain >3:1 ROAS across regional initiatives.
